Policies & Boundaries

We are so excited to begin working with you!  For the success of our amazing project together, we've put together this client welcome guide.


This guide will be a big help to you and answers questions in advance so you have guidance about how our project will work.
Please take a moment to look it over and let me know if you have any questions.

Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST.  Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. 


Rising Ranks Digital is closed on the following holidays.

  • January 1,2- New Year's (Observed)

  • January 16 - Martin Luther King Day

  • March 26 - Owner Birthday! 

  • June 7 - Wedding Anniversary

  • May 29 - Memorial Day

  • July 4 - Independence Day

  • September 4 - Labor Day

  • November 10 - Veteran's Day (Observed)

  • November 21 - 24 - Thanksgiving Vacation

  • December 23-31  - Christmas Vacation

Confidentiality Policy

We adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. We take your confidentiality very seriously – all passwords and personal information are kept private and we use the highest level of internet security. Additional confidentiality measures are outlined in our contract. You can find more details about our confidentiality policy in your contract.

Communication Policy: Form of Contact

Communication with the client will only be handled via email.


Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, and text messaging is not an accepted form of communication and is not to be used when doing business with Rising Ranks Digital.

Communication Policy: Response Time

The contractor and Rising Ranks Digital team members will respond within 24-48 hours of client needs and concerns during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, only when received via email. Delays in response times from the client when the contractor is awaiting details will cause delays in the timeliness of service fulfillment and may result in delays.

Communication Policy: Client Calls & Meetings Policy

During the scheduled time of the call we will wait for your arrival for 10 minutes. After we’ve waited 10 minutes, it is company policy to document you as a no show and the meeting must be rescheduled. Rescheduled calls will delay the timeliness of your project completion.
