ABOUT Diane strand
Diane was drawn to the arts at a young age and chose to focus her education on theatre and journalism, where she earned an AA in liberal Arts at Fullerton JC. She then attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, where she pursued acting professionally until realizing her passion for producing. She later received her BA in TV Production & Media Marketing from California State University Northridge.
Diane founded JDS Video & Media Productions, Inc. in May of 2003, with her partner in both life & business, Scott Strand. In January 2010 Diane started a Drama Club program in the Temecula Unified School District. With such a huge response she created an Actors Studio for all ages, teaching the technique & craft of Acting. It later became known as JDS Actors Studio. In 2014 Diane and Scott co founded JDS Creative Academy. JDSCA works with mainstream fostering at rexkeith, as well as special needs adults with developmental disabilities. The program provides career pathways and visual performing/digital arts for all walks of life.
